Terms & Conditions

For Flight tickets cancellation will follow the Terms & Conditions of the related Airlines. ||

The cost in the packages excludes:

  1. Any Air/Train fare & extra travel part from the itinerary .
  2. Any extra hours usage of CAB after working hours
  3. Any entry tickets/passes/personal expense like Laundry/TIPS/Phone calls fromHotels
  4. Any chargeable hotel activities / events / add-on services.
  5. After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements, we try to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.
  • The booking stands liable to be cancelled if 100% payment is not received 02 days starting of your Trip. Booking policy is subject to change depending upon the travel period and destinations opted for. 100% payment may be required in advance for specific destinations or high end hotels.
    Sightseeing Realted Policy

✔️Customers should be ready for sightseeing at Start Time mentioned in the itinerary in order to cover all the places in itinerary. Sightseeing can’t extend beyond 7 PM and any places missed can’t be covered on following day.

✔️Sightseeing is limited to the places mentioned in the itinerary. If time permits, you may visit additional places (not mentioned in itinerary) by paying for extra kilo-meters to the cab driver.

✔️In case of natural disasters or cab strike, Suinshine Vacations And Tourism may suggest alternate destination or alternate dates.

✔️Please check weekly off days for sightseeing places. Also, few places may be closed due to heavy rains / maintenance without prior intimation & we have no control on such incidents. Wherever possible, alternate sightseeing may be arranged in such cases.

✔️Entry Fees & Activity Fees may change without any intimation and we have no control on the same. All fees mentioned in our website are for Indian nationals.
